Administration of the Public Utility Services, Energy and Transport of the City of Nis published “Utilities guide” for the citizens of Nis. “Utilities guide” contains all the useful information about utility system of Nis as and review of most important contact phone numbers of relevant institutions and companies for utilities and services of public interest on territory of city of  Nis. With “Utility guide” people from Nis was invited that, if they does not solve communal problem with the competent services and business turn to the Administration of Public Utility Services, Energy and Transport of the City of Nis, phone number: 018/504-533 (Monday to Friday from 07.30 to 15.30) Fax: 018/296-066, 018/296-067, Email: mi.smo.nadlezni@gu.ni.rs. City municipality of Palilula as responsible organization of local government of City of Nis, for more efficient, modern and functional exercise of civil rights, better understanding of citizens problem as and improving the quality of services which in the frame of its authority that provides organization of local government, established in March 22, 2010 Contact Center INFO 48. The whole system is designed to be at disposal to the citizens – says Prof Dr Igor Novakovic. It is sufficient that the citizen call  on the phone, send SMS message, access to the internet and to the portal www.palilula.eu, or apply on person (coming to the Registry of Administration of the Palilula Municipality, street Branko Radicevic 1). Citizens submitted requests are processed within 48 hours and applicants receive feedback. Requests of the citizens of Palilula is receiving every work day from 08am to the 08pm, and at Saturday from 08am to the 03pm and competent service processed to the competent city institutions and public companies.
